1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Adore You (“the Service”) at adoreyou.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Adore You. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we believe belong to minors.

3. The Service

Adore You provides an AI companion platform where users can design and interact with AI-generated companion personas. Companions are fictional characters powered by artificial intelligence. They are not real people, and any resemblance to actual persons is coincidental.

You acknowledge that companion responses are AI-generated and may occasionally be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. The Service is provided for entertainment and personal enrichment purposes only.

4. SMS messaging program

Adore You offers an optional SMS messaging feature that allows your companion to send text messages to your mobile phone number.

• Opt-in: You consent to SMS by providing your phone number in your account settings and enabling the messaging feature. By doing so, you agree to receive automated text messages from your companion.
• Message frequency: Varies based on your activity settings. You control frequency from your account dashboard.
• Message & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message or contact support@adoreyou.ai.
• Supported carriers: Most major US carriers are supported. Carrier participation may vary.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or account creation. You may use the Service without enrolling in SMS.

5. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You may not share your account with others or allow access by minors.
• You must provide accurate information, including a valid phone number if enrolling in SMS.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to manipulate companions into producing harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.

7. Content

Adore You may generate mature content for adult users. All generated content is fictional. You acknowledge that AI-generated companion content is not advice of any kind — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise — and should not be treated as such.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@adoreyou.ai.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI responses, or fitness for any particular purpose. Companions are AI personas — not real people, not therapists, not friends in any legal sense.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adore You shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress, data loss, or reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
