• Usage data — standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

3. SMS messaging

If you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS, you consent to receive text messages from your companion via Adore You. These messages may include conversational texts and image links sent on your behalf.

• Message frequency: varies based on your companion's activity settings. You control the frequency in your account.
• Message & data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
• To opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
• To opt back in: reply START or re-enable SMS in your account settings.

Your phone number is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How we use your information

• To operate and personalize your companion experience.
• To deliver SMS messages you have opted into.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Twilio — our SMS delivery provider, to send text messages on your behalf.
• MongoDB — our database provider, where your data is stored securely.
• AI model providers — conversation content is sent to AI APIs to generate responses. No personally identifying information beyond message content is shared.
• Legal authorities — when required by law.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@adoreyou.ai. Conversation history and companion configurations will be permanently deleted within 30 days of such a request.

7. Age requirement

Adore You is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
